The location was convenient, right in the center of Temuco, which was excellent for exploring. I was thoroughly impressed with the friendly and professional staff who went out of their way to help me. Although the breakfast spread was nice, I had hoped for a few more options. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money, but it could improve by having rooms available for guests upon arrival.
